Rules

1. All orders must be "paid" for before I make you your graphics.
2. If you don't use the layout I make you you will be put onto a blacklist. This means that I won't make any more graphics for you.
3. You must credit me somewhere visible on your site.
4. Please be patient. I have a life.
5. Provide me with high quality pictures. I won't make the graphic if the pictures aren't of good quality. You must provide me with pictures, I won't look for them for you.
6. I won't make graphics with illegal or pornographic pictures.
7. Your website has to be ONLINE. No coming soon. If it is on hiatus, I won't make your graphic unless I can see the site (IE: Link to where I can see the site, open hiatus).
8. Fill out the whole form. Details are important if you want me to make something that you actually like.
9. You can only request one package at a time from me.
10. Your site must be either domain or hosted. No freewebs or geocities, unless you get a lot of hits.

12. You CAN NOT edit my graphics. If you want something changed please ask me and I'll do it for you.
13. I don't code layouts. You need to know how to do it yourself.
14. To show that you read the rules where it says 'Kate loves:' put 'Juicy Couture'.
